  • DOGE is coming to Henderson County Attorney's Office. I plan to look at every tax dollar and review every cent to insure efficient and effective prosecutions
  • There has NOT been a jury trial or trial before the court in years. Since 2023 there has been over 1000 dismissals. I plan to bring trials back to the County Attorney's office. I plan to prosecute trials myself.
  • My opponents want to keep the STATUS QUO either as a part-time or full-time County Attorney. I want to be FULL-TIME real prosecutor and make the County Attorney's Office efficient. Over a 1000 dismissals in over 3 years is not acceptable. For too long victims have not had a voice with the County Attorneys' Office, I plan to change that as well as taking DWI driver's off of our roads.
Prosecutions, Efficiency in government, Victim's Rights
