A Rhinelander School District Tax Levy Exceeding Revenue Limit Referendum proposition was approved on the February 19, 2013 election ballot in Oneida, Lincoln and Langlade, which are in Wisconsin.
This measure authorized the Rhinelander School District to impose a property tax levy that increases its revenue beyond the state set limits by $4 million per year for three years.[1]

Language of the resolution:
“ | BE IT RESOLVED by the School Board of the School District of Rhinelander, Oneida, Lincoln and Langlade Counties, Wisconsin, that the revenues included in the School District budget beginning with the 2013-2014 school year and ending with the 2015-2016 school year be authorized to exceed the revenue limit specified in Section 121.91, Wisconsin Statutes, by $4,000,000 per year for non-recurring purposes.[1][2] | ” |
