The Rhode Island Environmental Management - Agricultural Land Preservation Fund Question, also known as Question 5, was on the ballot in Rhode Island on November 8, 1988, as a legislatively referred bond question. It was approved. The measure authorized $2 million in bonds for development rights to farmlands.[1]
