Rhode Island Higher Education Facilities Question (1988)

The Rhode Island Higher Education Facilities Question, also known as Question 4, was on the ballot in Rhode Island on November 8, 1988, as a legislatively referred bond question. It was approved. The measure authorized $17.7 million in bonds to expand the University of Rhode Island's library and engineering buildings on its Kingston campus.[1]
