The Rhode Island Mental Health, Retardation, and Hospital, Proposal 10 was on the ballot in Rhode Island on November 6, 1984, as a legislatively referred bond question. It was approved. The measure authorized $8 million in bonds to construct, acquire, renovate and furnish group facilities for the physically and mentally disabled.[1]
