Richard D. Savignano is the first justice for the Stoughton District Court in Norfolk County, Massachusetts, and a district court judge for the Brockton District Court in Plymouth County, Massachusetts.[1][2][3][4]
Education
Savignano received his A.B. in government from Georgetown University in 1981 and his J.D. from the Harvard Law School in 1984.[5]
