Richard D. Taylor, Jr.
Richard D. Taylor, Jr. was a judge for the 13th Judicial Circuit in Virginia.[1] He served as a judge for the court from 2002 until his retirement from the bench on December 31, 2014.[2][3]
Education
Taylor received his J.D. degree from the Georgetown University Law Center.[2]
Career
From 1993 until he joined the 13th Judicial Circuit in 2002, Taylor served as a judge for the Richmond Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court. He also previously served as a deputy counsel to former Governor L. Douglas Wilder and worked as an attorney in private practice.[2]
