Richard Stokes
Richard F. Stokes was a judge on the New Castle County Superior Court in Delaware.[1] He joined the court on March 23, 1999.[2]Stokes retired from the court on January 31, 2021.[3]
Education
Judge Stokes graduated in 1967 with honors from Colgate University and received his J.D. from Duke University in 1970.[2]
