Richard T. Moses was an associate justice for the Massachusetts Superior Courts.[1] He was nominated to the court by former Governor Jane Swift in 2002.[2] Moses may serve on the court until he turns the mandatory retirement age of 70.[3]
Education
Moses received both his undergraduate and J.D. degrees from Boston College.[4]
