Richard T. Moses was an associate justice for the Massachusetts Superior Courts. He was nominated to the court by former Governor Jane Swift in 2002. Moses may serve on the court until he turns the mandatory retirement age of 70.

Education

Moses received both his undergraduate and J.D. degrees from Boston College.
