Richard W. Webb is a senior judge of the Carbon County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] Webb was first elected to the court in 1991, and retained in 2001. In 2005 retired and became a senior judge for the court.[2]

Education

Webb earned his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1966, and his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh in 1969.[3]
