Rob Fleming was a 2014 candidate for the 13th Judicial Circuit Court in Missouri.[1]

Fleming ran for election to the 13th Judicial Circuit Court.
Primary: He was defeated in the Democratic primary on August 5, 2014, receiving 13.8 percent of the vote. He competed against Finley Gibbs and Kim Shaw. [1][2]

Education

Fleming earned his B.A. in political science from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1978. He received his J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law in 1982.[3][4]
