Robert T. Resha was a senior judge on the Waterbury District Superior Court in Connecticut.[1] He began serving as a state referee on April 20, 2013, due to Connecticut's mandatory retirement requirements for superior court judges.[2]

Resha earned undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Connecticut.[3]
