Robert W. Lane

Robert W. Lane is a judge for the Fifth District Court of Nevada.[1] He was first elected to the court on November 7, 2000, and took office on January 2, 2001.[2] Lane ran for re-election in 2014, winning a new term that expires on January 3, 2021.[3][4]

Education
Lane received his undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and his J.D. from the University of Utah Law School.[5]
Career
Before his election to the court, Lane served as a deputy district attorney for Nye County for seven years. He also briefly worked as an attorney in private practice.[5]
