Robin Carroll
Robin J. Carroll was an officeholder of the Arkansas 13th Judicial Circuit Division 4. He assumed office in 2012. He left office in 2022.

Education
Carroll received his undergraduate degree from Henderson State University in 1993 and his J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law in 1995.[4]
Career
Before being elected to the bench, Carroll was the prosecuting attorney for the 13th Judicial District of Arkansas.[4]
