The ballot title for Measure X was as follows:
| “ | Supporting early childhood education and youth, including literacy, gang reduction, after-school programs, and drug prevention, with emphasis on children facing the most disparities, and promoting public health, homeless mitigation, and enforcing cannabis laws; shall the measure imposing a special tax on commercial cannabis businesses in unincorporated San Joaquin County at a rate of 3.5% to 8% of gross receipts, including a $2.00 cultivation Square Footage Payment be adopted? (Annual revenue estimate: 250,000.00) (Duration: Until repealed.) | ” |
