Stephen J. Baker is the former district administrative judge for the Third District Court in Cecil County, Maryland.[1] He served as a judge on the court from May 5, 1998, until his retirement in 2015.[2][3] Baker retired effective October 1, 2015.[4]
Education
Baker received his undergraduate degree from Washington College in 1977 and his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1980.[2]
