Campaign themes
2012
In an email submission to Ballotpedia, Newman outlined her political philosophy:
We must cut spending, repeal Obamacare and get the deficit under control. We must deal with the illegal aliens problem as I have outlined in my website, www.terinewman.com. Stopping the government spending and getting the deficit under control will restore confidence to the investors who drive job growth in America and put our economy back on track. We must end the two-tier system of laws that apply to us and not to the political class, including making insider trading a crime for members of Congress, just like it is for the rest of us.[2]
