Terrill R. Tharp
Terrill R. Tharp was a judge for the Sixth Circuit Court of Campbell County, Wyoming. He was appointed to this position in September of 1994 and was retained to consecutive four-year terms.[1] Tharp retired from the court on December 31, 2016.[2]
Education
Tharp received his B.S. and J.D. degrees from the University of Wyoming. He was admitted to the Bar in 1975.[3]
