Timothy E. Bass
Timothy Bass was a candidate for the District 6 seat on the Montgomery county school board in Alabama. He was defeated by incumbent Robert Porterfield in the Democratic primary election on June 3, 2014. District 6 includes Carver Elementary, Carver High, Davis Elementary, Fitzpatrick Elementary, Johnson Elementary, McInnis, MacMillan International Academy at McKee and McKee Middle Schools.[1]
Biography
Bass attended Robert E. Lee High School before earning a degree in Sociology at Ashford University. He is an employee of the Montgomery County School System. Bass is the vice president of the Montgomery Education Improvement Association and an Associate Pastor. He married and has two children.[2]

Timothy Bass faced incumbent Robert Porterfield for the District 6 seat in the Democratic primary election on June 3, 2014. Porterfield will be unopposed in the general election on November 4, 2014.
