Tracy W. Resch is a resident judge of the Fifth Circuit Court in Marshall, Illinois.[1] He was first elected to the bench in 1990.[2] He was retained on November 4, 2014, for a term that expired on December 6, 2020.[3]

Resch served as chief judge from 2006 to 2010.[4]

Resch was retained to the Fifth Circuit Court with 78.9 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [3] 

Evaluations

The Illinois State Bar Association and participating attorneys rated Tracy W. Resch as Recommended for retention in a 2014 poll.[5]

Education

Resch earned a B.A. from the College of Wooster in 1970, going on to receive his J.D. from the University of Illinois in 1973.[2]
