A Tuscaloosa County Occupational Tax Amendment was on the November 6, 2012 ballot in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. The measure was designed to prohibit the implementation of an occupational tax in the county. A similar measure was proposed in Baldwin County. The measure was introduced during 2011 state legislative session.
