William A. Hill was the Chief Bankruptcy Court Judge for the United States bankruptcy court, District of North Dakota.[1] He was appointed to this position in 1983 and retired on August 21, 2011.[2]
Education
Judge Hill attended the University of North Dakota for his Bachelors degree and the University of North Dakota for his J.D.[3]
Career
Hill had a two-year clerkship with Chief Judge Paul Benson of the U.S. District Court, who appointed Judge Hill as U.S. Magistrate in 1975.[4]
