William A. Kelly is a resident judge of the Fifteenth Circuit Court in Galena, Illinois.[1] He was first elected to the bench in 1990.[2] He was most recently retained on November 4, 2014, for a term that expired on December 6, 2020.[3]

Kelly was retained to the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Court with 83.7 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [3]

The Illinois State Bar Association and participating attorneys rated William A. Kelly as Recommended for retention in a 2014 poll.[4]

Education

Kelly earned an undergraduate degree in English from Spring Hill College (Mobile, Alabama) in 1967. He went on to earn his J.D. from DePaul University 1971.[5]
