William S. Howard

William S. Howard was a judge for the United States bankruptcy court, Eastern District of Kentucky. He was appointed to a 14-year renewable term in March 1990 and re-appointed in 2004.[1] On September 30, 2009, Howard retired from the court.[2]

Education

Judge Howard has a B.S. degree in chemical engineering and a J.D. from the University of Kentucky.[1]

Career

Howard practiced law for 20 years in Lexington, Kentucky.[1]
