A Ypsilanti City Marijuana Amendment proposal was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Washtenaw County, which is in Michigan, where it was approved.
This proposal amended the Ypsilanti City Charter to make the use or consumption of 1 ounce or less of Marijuana the lowest priority of law enforcement.[1]
