Thomas F. Scully

Thomas F. Scully is a judge on the Vicinage 9 Superior Court in New Jersey, which serves Monmouth County.[1] He was appointed by former Governor Donald DiFancesco in 2001 and was reappointed by former Governor Jon Corzine in 2008. Scully may serve until he reaches the mandatory retirement age in 2022.[2][3]
Education
Scully earned his J.D. from the University of Bridgeport.[3]
Career
Prior to becoming a superior court judge, Scully worked in the Office of Public Defender for 17 years. He was the deputy public defender of the Middlesex trial region. He served as the first assistant counsel to the N.J. School Boards Association previous to his work as a public defender.[2]
