Question B was on the November 7, 2006 election ballot in Montgomery County. It passed with 224,929 votes in favor.
The official ballot question was, "Amend Section 208 of the County Charter to clarify when the County Council must send enacted legislation to the County Executive and when the Executive must act on that legislation.[1]
