Manuel J. Cervantes was a Minnesota Workers' Compensation Court of Appeals judge. Governor Mark Dayton (D) appointed Cervantes in 2013 to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Thomas L. Johnson.[1]

Education

Cervantes earned his bachelor's degree from Macalester College in 1974 and his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1980.[2]
