Francis E. Meisenheimer is a judge for the Thirtieth Judicial District in Kansas. He was appointed by Governor Sam Brownback on February 29, 2012, to succeed Robert J. Schmisseur.[1] He was retained in 2014 for a term that expired on January 13, 2019.[2]

Meisenheimer was retained to District 30 with 67.8 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [2] 

Education

Meisenheimer received his undergraduate degree from Kansas State University and his J.D. from the University of Kansas.[1]

Career

Before his appointment to the district court, Meisenheimer was a judge on the Municipal Court of Kingman. He also worked as a counselor for Kingman County from 2002 to 2012 and attorney for the West Kingman School District from 1993 to 2012.[1]
