John E. Babiarz, Jr. was a judge for the New Castle County Superior Court in Delaware. He was appointed in 1985 and retired in January of 2010.[1][2] Post retirement, Babiarz spent some time as a part-time senior judge.[3]
Babiarz passed away on July 30, 2025.[4]
