Lewis Maudlin was a candidate for the Superior Court of Lawrence County in Indiana.

Education

Maudlin received his Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University. He received his J.D.from Indiana University's Maurer School of Law in Bloomington.[1]

Career

Prior to joining the court, Maudlin worked in private practice of law from 1996 to 1998. He was elected to prosecutor in 1998. In 2004 and 2005 he taught college classes at Oakland City University in Bedford, Indiana, in addition to working in private practice and as a deputy prosecutor. In 2007, Maudlin acquired Eastide Car Wash in Bedford.[2]

2012 election

Maudlin ran against incumbent Michael A. Robbins in the 2012 election.[3] He was defeated after receiving 40.2% of the vote.[4]
