Oklahoma Initiative 5, also known as "Oklahoma State Question 10," was proposed by the People's Initiative and Referendum League in Oklahoma around 1910. The measure was abandoned and never appeared on the ballot.
Objective of the initiative:
To locate the state training school in the New Jerusalem District, and authorizing the Board of Control to secure temporary quarters for said school pending its final location and the erection of building for same.
