| Penelope DeLeon is the superintendent of the Oxnard Union High School District. She has served in this role since May 26, 2016. DeLeon previously served as the chief of secondary schools for the [[Fontana Unified School District, California|Fontana Unified School District]]. She also has experience working as a high school teacher, an assistant principal, a principal, a secondary instructional specialist, and a director of professional development, assessment, and evaluation.
