Harry Charles O'Leary was a 2012 candidate for a seat on the Rock County Circuit Court in Wisconsin.

O'Leary ran unsuccessfully in the primary for the Rock County Circuit Court, losing to Jack C. Hoag and Barbara W. McCrory.[1][2] See also: Wisconsin judicial elections, 2012

His brother is David O’Leary who serves as the Rock County District Attorney. If he had been elected they would have worked in the same building. Harry O'Leary said that he didn't believe this wouldn't be any source of conflict.
