Sally F. Padden was the first justice for the Essex Juvenile Court in Essex County, Massachusetts.[1] She was appointed to the court by former Governor William F. Weld in 1995 and was elevated to first justice in September 1997.[2] Padden retired on June 22, 2015.[3]
Education
Padden received her undergraduate degree from Lake Forest College and her J.D. from Boston College.[4]
Career
Before she joined the Essex Juvenile Court in 1995, Padden served as an assistant district attorney for Essex County.[5]
