Kathleen Miller is a judge of the New Castle County Superior Court. She assumed office on September 8, 2023.

She was appointed to the court September of 2023 by Delaware Governor John Carney (D) to replace Judge Abigail LeGrow.
Biography
Kathleen Miller earned a bachelor's degree from Villanova University in 1987 and a juris doctor from Widener University in 1990. Miller's career experience includes working as a partner and attorney with Smith, Katzenstein, & Jenkins LLP.[1][2] She has served as a co-chair of the Woman and the Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association.[1]
