The Arkansas Creation of a State Court of Appeals Proposed Amendment, also known as Proposed Amendment 58, was on the ballot in Arkansas on November 7, 1978, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The measure authorized the general assembly to create a state court of appeals.[1][2]
