Paul E. Stutesman is a judge of the 45th Circuit Court in St. Joseph County, Michigan.[1] He was appointed to the court by former Governor Jennifer Granholm on July 7, 2005 (effective the following month) to replace former Judge James Noecker.[2] His term expired on January 1, 2019.[3]

Education

Stutesman received his undergraduate degree in political science and history from Western Michigan University in 1984 and his J.D. from the DePaul University College of Law in 1987.[4]
