Michael Leavitt is a judge for the Fifth Judicial District Juvenile Court in Utah. He was appointed by Governor Gary Herbert on May 9, 2014 to replace Karla Staheli and was confirmed by the Utah State Senate on June 18, 2014.[1][2]

Education

Leavitt received his undergraduate degree from Southern Utah University in 197 and his J.D. from the University of Idaho, College of Law in 2002.[1][3]
