Timothy M. Smith was a judge for the 26th Judicial District of North Carolina.[1] His term expired in 2010.

2010 election

Smith was defeated by Matt Osman in the general election, receiving only 46.44% of the vote.[2] Though judges in the state do not run with party affiliation, he was endorsed by the North Carolina Democratic Party.[3]
