Mary K. Wagner is a circuit court judge for the Kenosha County Circuit Court in Wisconsin.[1] Wagner was originally elected to the court in 1991, and re-elected in 1997, 2003, 2009 and 2015. Her term expires in 2021.[2][3]

She was the chief judge of the 2nd Judicial District from 2008 to 2014.[4] Wagner was appointed chief judge on April 8, 2008, following Gerald Ptacek's maximum term expiration.[5] She was re-appointed in 2010 and 2012 for additional two-year terms.[6][4]

Education

Wagner earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1971. She went on to earn her J.D. from the same school in 1982.[3]

Wagner was re-elected without opposition to the Kenosha County Circuit Court, Branch 6 in 2015. Wisconsin's general judicial election was held on April 7, 2015. The filing deadline for candidates was January 6, 2015.[7][2]
