A Mesa County Energy Improvement Fund measure will likely be on the November 2, 2010 ballot in Mesa County.

This measure would create a fund for local residents who wish to make energy efficiency improvements to their home, able to do so. Efficiency changes include installing solar panels, various heating and cooling changes and other sustainable energy installations. The hope is to encourage growth in the area as well as help with jobs for those in those industries.[1]
