Charles Ellison is a judge of the Robertson County Court in Texas. He was elected in 2014 for a term that expires on December 31, 2018.[1]

Ellison ran for election to the Robertson County Court.
Primary: He was successful in the Republican primary on March 4, 2014, receiving 62 percent of the vote. He competed against Mark Burow.
General: He defeated Jan A. Roe in the general election on November 4, 2014, receiving 50.7 percent of the vote. [1][2][3]

Ellison received a B.S. from Sam Houston University.[4]

Career

Ellison served as the mayor of Franklin, Texas, from 1986 until he joined the bench in 2014. He was the owner of Ellison Western for twenty-eight years, Ellison Design for fourteen years, Ellison Marine for fifty years, and Texas-artists.net for ten years. He is also a professional singer.[4]
