Valarie S. Costanzo is a judge for the Washington County Court of Common Pleas.[1] She was elected on November 5 of 2013 for a term expiring in 2023.[2] Before her election, she was a judge on the Washington County Magisterial District in Pennsylvania. She was appointed to her previous position by Governor Tom Ridge in 1998.

Costanzo ran for election to the Washington County Court of Common Pleas, Pennsylvania.

Primary: She received 25.7 percent of the vote in the Democratic primary on May 21, 2013. She also cross-filed as a Republican, winning that primary with 21% of the vote. 
General: She won without opposition in the general election on November 5, 2013.

Costanzo was re-elected to a third term on the Washington County Magisterial District after running unopposed on November 8, 2011. She cross-filed as a Republican and Democrat.[5][6]
