Barry Schwartz is a judge of the New York Supreme Court 11th Judicial District (Queens County). He was elected in November 2013.[1] He was a judge for the New York City Civil Court in Queens County from 2011 to 2013.[2][3][4]

Schwartz ran for election to the Supreme Court 11th Judicial District. General: He was elected in the general election on November 5, 2013, with 23.1 percent of the vote. John F. Casey, Kerry John Katsorhis, Robert J. McDonald and Jeremy S. Weinstein were also on the ballot, competing for three open seats.[1][2][3][5]

Education

Schwartz earned his B.A. from the Pennsylvania State University in 1967. He earned his J.D. from St. John's University School of Law in 1972.[4]
