William T. Noonan

William T. Noonan is a magistrate of the traffic tribunal in Rhode Island.[1] Noonan was first appointed to this position on June 20, 1999.[2]
Education
Noonan graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 1982. He went on to receive his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, in 1985.[2]
Career
Noonan has worked as director of administration for the City of Pawtucket, director of public safety for the City of Pawtucket, and director of public safety for the City of Woonsocket. He was also partner at the law firm of Noonan & Gilligan.[2]
