In 1990, voters decided on five statewide ballot measures in Missouri. On August 7, voters decided on four measures. On November 6, voters decided on one measure.

• One of the measures were initiated state statutes.
• Four of the measures were legislatively referred constitutional amendments.
• Voters approved two (40%) and rejected three (60%) measures.
