Kimberley Cantu is the superintendent of the Mansfield Independent School District. Cantu was appointed superintendent on December 17, 2019. Cantu's previous career experience includes working in the Mansfield Independent School District as a teacher, assistant principal, academic associate principal, director of human resources, and deputy superintendent.[1]

Past superintendents

  • Jim Vaszauskas is the superintendent of the Mansfield Independent School District from 2013 to 2019. Vaszauskas began serving as interim superintendent on February 5, 2013, and was appointed full superintendent on July 23, 2013. Vaszauskas' previous career experience includes working as a teacher, principal, and associate superintendent for the district.[2]

The Mansfield ISD board of trustees consists of seven members who are elected to three-year terms. All board members are elected at large by place.[3]
