Bruce C. Lubeck was a judge of the Third Judicial District in Utah.[1] He was appointed by Gov. Michael O. Leavitt (R) in May 2001 and retired from the bench on December 29, 2017.[2][3]

Lubeck earned a J.D. from the University of Utah College of Law. His experience includes work for the Salt Lake Legal Defender Association and as an assistant U.S. attorney, an attorney in private practice, and an adjunct faculty member for Salt Lake Community College and the University of Utah College of Law.[2]
