Nancy E. Zeltzer was a judge of the Orange County Superior Court in California. She was appointed by Governor Jerry Brown on July 16, 2014 to replace John Nho Trong Nguyen.[1]

Zeltzer received her undergraduate and law degrees from Western State University.[1]
